Szymon is one of Australia’s leading public sector research consultants, with over 25 years of relevant experience. He is a recent past National President of the Australian Market and Social Research Society (AMSRS) and is a Fellow of the Society. Szymon is also a member of the Privacy Compliance Committee of the Association of Market and Social Research Organisations (AMSRO).
Szymon has a hands-on role in translating research findings into meaningful and actionable outcomes.

Liz established ORIMA Research in 1996 with the aim of being a provider of innovative and high quality research consultancy services to the public sector. ORIMA Research is now Australia’s largest provider of research, evaluation and data analytics services to the public sector. Liz has over 25 years of experience in market and social research.
Prior to starting ORIMA Research, she was a Principal of Interaction Consulting Group for three years and a management consultant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers (formerly Coopers and Lybrand’s Human Resources and Strategic Management Group) in Canberra for over four years. Liz has an academic background in psychology, including a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Melbourne. She currently specialises in attitude and behaviour change through social marketing, communications research and strategic government research to support policy and program development and evaluations.
Rodney Latimer, BA (Hons) (PolSci, Eco, Asian Studies), QPR, MMSRS

Rodney has a background in economics and political science. He has over 20 years of experience in market and social research in both the public and private sectors.
He is highly experienced in the project management of sensitive government-to-business and business-to-business research. He specialises in policy development and program management research, client/stakeholder research, employee research, corporate strategy development and service delivery.
Andrew Lenihan, BEc (Hons), QPR, MMSRS, MAES

Andrew is an economist and joined ORIMA research in 1999 after working for several years in economic analysis roles in Australian Public Service agencies. He has almost 20 years’ experience across a broad range of research methodologies, spanning quantitative and qualitative research (including employee, client and stakeholder research), performance audit and evaluation.
Andrew has won several awards from the Research Industry Council of Australia, including most recently the 2016 Research Technology and Innovation Effectiveness Award for the NSW Department of Family and Community Services Quality Framework Reporting project.
Chris Sadler, BEc (Hons), QPR, MMSRS

Chris is the leader of our IT Applications Division. He is an economist with over 20 years of experience in market, social and economic research in the public sector. Chris specialises in information technology solutions, including the design and implementation of online survey instruments and other web-based information collection systems, including staff ballots. Chris has been the recipient of multiple awards from the Research Industry Council of Australia, including the Research Technology and Innovation Effectiveness Award for the NSW Department of Family and Community Services Quality Framework Reporting project in 2016.
Adam Allanson, BEc (Hons), QPR, MMSRS

Adam has 20 years of experience in economic, social policy and market research. He has been a Qualified Professional Market Researcher since 2004 and has been lecturing economics at the Australian National University (ANU) since 2011. Adam held various economic analyst positions in the Commonwealth Treasury before becoming the Senior Adviser (Domestic Economy) in the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet in 1998.
Adam is currently a member of the Board of the Australian Market and Social Research Society and holds the positions of Treasurer and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee.
David Bruce, BSc (Hons), MA (Psych), QPR, MMSRS

David has a background in psychology, and 21 years’ experience in the market and social research industry. He is an experienced quantitative and qualitative researcher and leads one of the Strategic Research Teams which specialises in community measurement.
He is a Committee Member and former Chair of the ACT Division of the Australian Market and Social Research Society, and holds the Society’s higher Qualified Professional Researcher (QPR) accreditation.
Tyler Forrester, BSc. (Stats), Grad Dip (InfoSys), QPR, MMSRS

Tyler leads a team of five researchers that focus on tracking and evaluation, as well as client and stakeholder research. Since joining ORIMA in 2003, he has gained extensive experience in research design, fieldwork planning, analysis and reporting. Tyler has been a key team member in, and managed, a range of medium and large scale research projects using online, face-to-face and telephone data collection methodologies. He has been a member of ORIMA Research’s Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC) since 2018.
Nathan Franklin, BCom (Mgt & Marketing), BStratMgt (Honours), QPR, MMSRS, MMRA

Nathan is a Principal Research Consultant at ORIMA Research and is the Team Leader of the Canberra Strategic Research Division. Nathan has worked on and managed a large number of research projects across a wide variety of research fields and topics since having joined ORIMA Research in 2007, with a focus on research design, project management, analysis and reporting. He specialises in designing and developing automated reporting tools, establishing and managing online data collection and management systems, and accessibility in design and reporting. Nathan previously worked as a Performance Analyst at the Australian National Audit Office and also has a civil engineering background.
